I've just had rather unhelpful conversation with an EVGA tech support who were unable to tell me the status of my RMA.
Can someone tell me what is happening? This is the ticket number I received in the automated email: 3015412 and seems to be lost somewhere according to the tech support.

Look at your open RMA tab and see if you can see anything in there? How old is the RMA?

I tried that and there are no RMA's there at all. I've opened it yesterday at about 1pm UK time. Are you able to check what's happening?

    Thanks

No, I can’t check, I am just a forum user. I was wondering if maybe it was there and just not visible at that time. If you have not sent the card in, contact support and request a new RMA number

    Hello,

I see you submitted a RMA request, this will be pending review of the EU team who only operate Monday through Friday, each request is handled in the order they are received. The review can be a multi-step process, first to see if you included enough troubleshooting to determine that your issue requires a replacement or to suggest more troubleshooting if necessary, if a replacement is the likely solution then the RMA team will need to review the request as well and approve it.

    Everything is security.
