Hi,
How can I make side USB ports work on Z10? I was planning to plug my mouse there (X10).
It does not matter if I connect keyboard to usb 2 ports, usb 3 ports or any combination - still no result.
I have the software installed. All usb hubs in the system (windows 7 sp1) have drivers.
And by the way, 2nd question: is there a way for game button to work faster? Display switches the modes about 7-8 seconds after I press the game button.
There's also an issue with backlight - brightness reset after every Unleash run regardless of the slider position, but having two major issues above, I don't care.

I can answer the first question. You need to plug in the second USB plug into the back of your PC. (KB to PC).

As I mentioned already, I have keyboard connected to USB with both ports (connector with keyboard icon and connector with generic USB icon), and it does not help to connect it to USB2.0 ports or USB3.0 ports. All USB devices in the system have drivers (no yellow triangles on devices in device manager). I have windows 7 SP1 x64, motherboard is Asus Crosshair 7 Hero (AMD x470 chipset). Neither X10 mouse nor old flash drives work in side USB ports of my Z10.

The keyboard Z10: Switch very nice, very nice etc. But the software whatever the version of the firmware works very badly, no macro possible or the LCD that works very very badly, and in addition the case is poorly assembled for mine ... And the software is incredibly slow for any change, it's the red card ... The X5 mouse: Nice, good ergonomics. But then the left and right clicks is really very basic, not suitable for games and not nice at all ... The carpet: Perfect! Accurate and fast I really like, just that I would have preferred another skin, more sober with just "EVGA" or better with more "Classified". Here for me...

About your EVGA Keyboard! I think you need read through scroll down from post #3 and hope it may help you to solves the problem with your keyboard!! My here is everything fine running with EVGA unleashed Software so far 3 weeks with zero error. I don't boot up EVGA unleashed software as I don't need this because I have save keyboard setting into unleashed firmware and close it not running background but if you want to open setting for keyboard then you need open Unleashed software to change setting then save it and close it or leave it running background your choose but you need get EVGA Precision X to get work with your EVGA Keyboard LCD > here = EVGA Keyboard LCD scroll down to post #24.

Hi coolmistry, i already read everything thanks :) I can use the LCD with PrecisionXOC appropriately with the latest firmware but the macros do not work whatever I do ...  This is the only big problem, the macros, because the rest is managed without the software, which is a horror. But then against the switch I like a lot, and the keyboard too, a pity that there is no more choice of customization with the LCD or it is not steerable, more we give it and more we want some !!

 EVGA having a fire sale on the Z10 keyboard for a reason. The keyboard is not selling, the keyboard hasn't been on the market for six months and were already seeing $100 price drop. The generic display can only show nvidia GPU temps, unless you buy 3rd party software to take control of the obsolete LCD display on this keyboard. My advice, buy a mechanical RGB keyboard you like, turn a old smartphone or table into a system monitoring device. If you just want to monitor GPU temps, use AfterBurner type software and enable the On Screen Display.

I now have 5 Z10 and they are Great for what I use them for. AIDA64 Extreme Current Beta still need some work, sometimes it locks up the KB when you exit AIDA64 Extreme and all you need to do is unplug the KB from the USB Port and Plug it back in and all it fine. AIDA64 Extreme is still work in progress.  AID64 Some Issues  PXOC 6.2.7 No Issues. I install EVGA_Z10_Setup_v1.0.19 for the KB (Firmware Update) and to set it to use PXOC and then I do not have it load at start up with Windows. I really do not any other features of the KB other than the LCD as shown above. As you can see I have the GPU and CPU Temps showing just fine and you do not need 3rd party software to show the CPU Temps.

AIDA64 Extreme on Z10 Keyboard barely scratches the surface what you can do with AIDA64 software. You should see what people can do with it and another software on a old smartphone/table. A few members on here have done just that, it looks sweet.
