Good morning
I bought a 1080 ti o FTW3 in amazon on 7 September 2017.
until a few weeks ago no problem.
Then I start to have problems turning on / off the monitor I had then: a PG278Q.
I tried a new power supply to the pc,
I tried a new power supply to the monitor
I tried a new DP cable
I tried a new UPS (APC 1400VA)
I even changed my monitor by switching to a PG348Q.
nothing...
this is the problem that manifests itself:
I requested assistance directly from EVGA and on 03/22/2018 EVGA receives my 1080ti in Germany.
since then they continue to find any possible excuse not to send me a similar product / new / replacement / that is from EVGA
Up to now the assistance EVGA (which I have had in the past to try with exceptional speed) does not give me any statement and continues to postpone the shipment of my replacement product.
We are talking about a € 1000 GPU, not € 50.
Why do I have to wait so long?
