Is the 1080 FTW HYBRID cooler kit discontinued?

I really want to get one of these and they're out of stock everywhere all the time. My 1080 FTW is great but it gets to about 75c under load and I would like to keep it in the 40s or 50s to achieve the highest OC I can  while gaming (because of GPU boost 3 of course). Is it discontinued? Is it going to come back, or are there any other alternatives? Thanks for taking the time to read.

    NZXT G12 , and then a AIO cooler of your choice , the cheapest atm. that will fit is ARctic cooling ,  they come in extra thick 120mm radiator , and 240 and 360 on how much place you have ,  the 120mm is plenti for a 1080 card :)
