Hard to tell..Each card/system will OC differently.
The GPU Clock/Offset needs to be OC'd in 13Mhz increments or multiples of 13MHz over your particular card's Boost Clock frequency, otherwise it won't hit the next highest Boost Clock..Boost Clock is binned in 13MHz steps.
Just for example, if your card boosts to 1000MHz and you apply a +12Mhz GPU Clock offset to it, it will still remain at 1000MHz..If you offset the by +13MHz, it will Boost Clock up to 1013MHz..Or if you offset by +51MHz, it will only boost by 39MHz to 1039MHz because you didn't hit the next 13MHz Boost Clock which would be a +52MHz offset for a Boost Clock of 1052MHz..On and on and on, in 13MHz, or multiples thereof, increments.
Increase the GPU Clock offset until artifacts, freezing, or other anomolies are encountered in benchmarks or games, then back it off in 13MHz increments until it's okay..But be aware that just because an OC is stable in benchmarks, it may not be when gaming, and vice-versa.
I'd go +25 to +50MHz offset increments with the memory, using the same routine..OC the GPU Clock first.
Increasing GPU voltage can help stabilize a GPU OC, as long as you agree to the warning that will pop up saying that increasing voltage may damage your card.
Do not enable 'Start Up' in EVGA Precision or 'Apply overclocking at system startup' in MSI Afterburner unless you're sure the OC is stable, otherwise an unstable overclock will be loaded with Windows (when the NVIDIA driver loads) which might result in a boot loop or other problems requiring you to start Windows in Safe Mode and uninstall Precision or Afterburner along with maybe uninstalling and re-installing the NVIDIA graphics driver too.
There's no shortage of info out there about OC'ing video cards.
