I have a DG-75 that came free with a P2 1200, While this case is cool it does have its flaws. Every review mentions the lack of gap for air on the front panel. Has any one found or know where I can make spacers to space the front panel out a little to make more room? Thanks for your help. Edited

You really make this sound like it is about the power supply with the first sentence. What does the 1200 P2 power supply have to do with the case?
Consider moving or removing the portion that has nothing to do with the topic lol. Notice if you move the first sentence to the end, it means nothing to the topic.
As far as spacers, you find someone with a 3D printer could quickly make something that is compatible.

I remember posting somewhere around this forum (EVGA Cases) that It *MIGHT* be possible to extend the air gap on the front panel by using m3 motherboard standoffs (1 inch sized should be enought). One like this: Also, you might need some kind of washer/spacer to properly fit the glass panel (otherwise the glass will be dancing around and might break). Notice the case have those "mounting holes" to fit the front panel. It might be worth a try with the standoffs (if I'm not mistaken, the screws that go into the front are the same thread of the ones that goes on the motherboard standoffs).

Yeah the motherboard stand off do work. I figured that out. I just need some kind of spacer, as you mention, to secure the front panel.

Maybe using some kind of rubber cilinder? Making a hole inside this cilinder and fit around the standoff?

I had a idea about having a new piece of glass made but, the quote was instantly high. I've resorted to having a piece of aluminum cut to size and i'll use my mill and make a custom front panel that is much less restricted. I've though about everything but, I'd hate to have it stick out pretty far with it being glass. Also, I have a white case so they RGB light it blocked so I can't decide if i'll unplug it or make a cutout for it.

You can always use acrilic too. Of course it's not the same of the temperad glass, but still, you would be able to make a smaller hole to fit the screw only and would also be able to let the RGB power be shown. But, it's all up to you. Either way, post pics / results after you make a decision

It would also be interesting to see what the case was before and after but I guess it would be hard to really make sure the temperature was the same in the room for both tests. Still as long as it can be switched out easily and you have heating and air conditioning to keep it about the same the results would be worth a look.

I'll do a before and after with the external temperatures the same. Prime95 "1344" for 30 minutes posting results for both displayed in HW monitor. System specs included. I'll have the new plate next week and it'll take me a day or two to machine it out once I figure out the design i'd like. I know during BF1 it's a around 8C difference on average.
