Take out both cards, and put in the other one you did not put in (test them both, single cards).
What motherboard do you have? I bet it is an X99. :P
Running 2 psu's is kinda iffy also (I used to do that also, with a 20pin + 24pin connector), and it just sometimes does not work.
That 1050 psu should be fine with sli.
Also, check the psu outputs in the bios. I saw mine was going very low on the 3.3 volt, JUST in the bios with no load, so had to rma the psu (EVGA psu also).
