I am suddenly getting little messages every 15-20 minutes 'suggesting' I link my PC to my phone. This is Windows 10. There is no option to say "no" or "bugger off" or "kill yourself MS you bunch of (Deleted for Language)". In fact there is no option to do anything but click to do what they want me to do. Asking once is annoying enough, asking every 15-20 minutes is really (Deleted for Language) me off. DO NOT WANT. Anyone else seeing this? It just started today out of the blue.

Oh, and I noticed their OneDrive app re-installed itself a week or so ago.

Looks like they've started up with their tricks again forcing things on users whether they want it or not....

edit: I just looked on the Settings > Notifications & Actions screen. EVERYTHING has been enabled. I had specifically disabled all that... GRRRRRRR...

Yeah I don't get it...You would think that they learned from the backlash of when Windows 10 would just restart your machine after an update... While you were still working on it

I had a 4GB download going and it literally had 20 seconds left to complete. But my machine rebooted... at least they fixed that.

I get this notification even though I did actually link my phone. I wanted to try the "Continue on PC" app that lets you send links from your phone to your computer...and to make matters even worse it doesn't even work for me

That's Microsoft for you, resets all your notification and privacy settings... It really would be nice if some other company would dethrone this monopoly. Microsoft is the company you almost have to do with business with, but REALLY do not want to.

I right clicked on the Message and Selected Turn of Messages for this and have never seen one since.
But the last update forced Edge to Start when I started IE, you have to say No and it goes away.
Updates Still Resets IE Setting as this is another Pain In the Rear To Deal with.

Updates seem to cause problems for me so when there is a major update I do a fresh install. That's a pain as well but then I know that everything should work well.
