PXOC 6.2.3 Issues

Instaled my new GTX 1080 FTW 2 with fresh driver install after running DDU. I had previously has Afterburner installed but uninstalled it and then removed the folder from program files and cleaned the registery.
 
Fresh install of PXOC 6.2.3  and run as administrator
 
Every time I start my PC PXOC starts minimized but reverts back to default settings and I have to go back in and set the fans to use the custom setting so they are always running. I also notice that under the general tab both start with windows and start minamized are also no longer selected.
 
Any ideas on why this is happening?

    After enabling 'Start With OS' and/or 'Start Minimized', manually close Precision, otherwise those settings sometimes won't be written to the config file..Sometimes settings/curves won't be remembered unless Precision is manually closed after clicking 'OK' and exiting the Settings..Try that.
