Time for me to start back Folding, been running hard over on PG and took my Folding Rig down to Find that MEGA Prime.
I did find  but  no Mega Prime, Maybe Next Year (February is Prime Month)

These 13783 units aren't bad either for the 1080.  They are short, but man do they rack up the points fast.  Loving the fact they aren't 4 hour long WU.  The fact that they aren't classified is weird though.  No project, kinda like the insulin ones that were sent out a few months back that were linux only.

Yes there is a whole series in that line.  I find they are optimal for my 1080, as they can score at times over 900k ppd in windows, while my 1080Ti still scores about 1.2m ppd in linux.  Frame time of 36-37 seconds on the 1080 and about 28-29 seconds on the 1080Ti.

Many protein mutations cause disease, and developing new methods to computationally predict of the effects of mutations is critically important to advance our understanding and treatment of disease.  With this in mind, these projects are aimed at simulating the folding of several mutants of well-studied mini-proteins. 

• Projects 13738-13749 simulate mutants of Trp-cage, a protein that folds on the microsecond time scale.
• Projects 13750-13759 simulate the mutations of ubiquitin, a protein that folds on the millisecond time scale.
• Projects 13781-13783 simulate NTL9(1-39), a protein that folds on the millisecond time scale.

We are trying to understand how mutations change the folding landscape, the performance of different force fields, and how we can use new methodology to better identify and efficiently sample mutation-induced changes in kinetics and conformational populations.
