Glad I moved from there when i was 18. Born and raised in Fresno, joined the C.C.C spent 2.5 years with them, got a internship then moved to washington

I feel you I tried moving out when i was 20 lasted about 2 years and had to move back, since then it's literally impossible to find good stable work here with zero family connections  I'd hit up the C.C.C too but I'm about to hit the age about what they are looking for, Yeah CA isn't to great and i dream daily about getting outta here , but currently stuck in a 10k a year grind before taxes and it's literally putting me down like i'm stuck here. I grew up in a small town north of Fresno myself so i'm pretty familiar... Just trying to get my hands on a new GPU that I've been saving for for about 6 years now, wanna have something high end for once in my life lol Can't really afford to premium thanks to the crypto and scalping might have to wait until next series comes out, might as well I've been waiting so long already.

I just picked 1080 ti FTW3 on newegg.com.  After ordering I then realized I have not told the wife about it.  I hope what they say is true..... It's easier to ask for forgiveness then permission.  I can't spend money on flowers as I have spent enough.... I have about 6 hours to come up with an idea.  Wish me Luck.

Could someone tell me why EVGA never has any 1080 or 1080 Ti stock, but yet they can add them to bundles ?

Are they just holding back or are they not making them ?

And don`t hand me that crap about miners buying them, every video I`ve watched shows them using 1070`s or 1070 Ti`s because they are more power efficient.

And I have Auto Notifies setup and never get any.

Oh man. Waited all day for a 1080 Ti FTW3 Gaming. Left work finally to drive home and when I got home I saw the notification and it was sold out. I have the worst luck.

Pretty disappointing the lack of stock for these. I'm seeing other manufacturers getting more stock here and there but almost no EVGA, which I'd like to stay with.

I’ll post in here if more EVGA cards come in stock on Newegg. I’m sure they’ll frown upon me posting other brand cards here 😂

So is posting all of the pictures in these mundane posts like ugly cars or post cute pictures to reach elite status (with 100 posts) is useless for me to do since elite status will not guarantee me a 1080ti card?

Is there a better chance getting it Direct from EVGA elite website?  Or does elite status matter?  I have been buying evga products since 2008 and feel weird having to post 100 messages because my past history of products and loyalty dont seem to matter.  This list doesn't even include computers I have built for my company and various power supplies/products I never registered.

Pretty sure you can become an elite member by just registering one of your Evga products??

For some reason when I try to type 1080ti in stock followed by a link to Newegg for example it won’t let me. I can only put a link or just type 1080ti in stock with no link (which is useless)

Not true...you only become a member if you have bought the latest graphics card from a GTX 950 and up or

Option 2

EVGA members who, within the last 12 months, have purchased and registered at least two EVGA products as the original owner.

So with this restrictive requirement it makes my loyalty feel misplaced or at least confused why they limit the cards that qualify for "elite".

Okay, I see. I registered my 1080 so I guess that how I became elite member. Question is, how long do you stay an elite member?

The last computer that I built was in 2009 and is the one I am still using.  It has a i7 920 and an NVDA 9800 GT.  I don't even think EVGA was around back then.  Now I am trying to build a computer so that I can do iRacing.  But I cannot get a GPU at a non gouging price.  I would think that the manufacturers who sell their products to gamers should see their sales plummet because I have a list of pieces that I will buy once I have the GPU that I want.  But I will not purchase the other pieces till I know I can get the GPU.  I could see some people giving up and doing some old school car hot rodding/overclocking.

But only certain GTX 950s.. I have one in an HTPC and it doesn't qualify me for "elite" status, annoyingly
