I'll be completing my RMA process later in the week. MY brand new (not even a week old) GTX 1080 FTW Hybrid at 1860mhz has a very bad case of coil whine. (Can be heard in the next room!) Also I suspect the pump is louder than its supposed to. So from what I understand I'll be getting a used card in return that may or may not be the very same type of model of card I sent in ( hoping I get the same model as I shipped in, hybrid and everything lol) and I wonder what the condition of the card will be in? I don't want a card that was burned out from miners haha. So that's one of my worries, my other worry is will it come in an original box as well?
Anyway thanks for taking the time to read this. I don't think I've ever RMA'd a card before, let alone a card so expensive and brand new.

    Hello sir,

Very sorry to hear about the Hybrid Card. Please keep in mind if the unit is failing within 30 days of purchase we replace it with a brand new in box item with a valid invoice. I will send you a PM to look in to your RMA to confirm some information.

Wow fast response! I sent you an email with my RMA #. The only reason why I thought I was going to receive a used out of box card was because it mentioned that on the RMA page. This really puts me at ease. Had no idea about the within 30 days of purchase. It'll also be the same hybrid model correct? I am so nervous with RMA's. haha.
