I did some further tests and it seems the PSU is quite alright. Here's why:
Some cheap/older/etc. Watt-meters will actually report a wrong wattage when the current drops lower than they support.
Should you see these crazy standby numbers on your device, then connect a power strip to your watt-meter and then a lamp in the power strip.
Measure the lamps consumption. - keep it on - And then connect whichever device you need to measure and get the new devices consumption by doing the math.
I connected a power strip to the watt-meter. Added an LED lamp that consumed 9 watt, and adding the PSU then didn't add to the number.
If you're seeing standby numbers like this it likely means that your watt-meter is unable to measure low enough current.
