LOL! Sajin that about the norm with Chrome Anymore I find Chrome & IE are all garbage, and last I used Firefox it was a crashing pile of bad words.  Anymore we have to figure out which browsers work best for the sites we visit. A lot of the General Motor dealer websites require IE for full functionality, and even then compatibility mode must be on or off depending on the part of the site. I've not tried Firefox Quantum yet, but perhaps it's time I at least give Firefox another go at life.

Give Vivaldi a try. It's built off the Chromium Blink engine but tuned for privacy and better performance. It's heavily customizable with a lot of options for users, has all the Google privacy garbage stripped out, can make themes for it, and more. It's my current daily driver browser.

Chrome is the ultimate resource hog. I stopped using Chrome because Chrome will eats 16GB of RAM alive any day. Better stick with Firefox especially since the Firefox Quantum.

Edge has gotten better but the lack of some advanced features turns me away. I would like to just use the built in browser, as I'm a fan of keeping things as native as possible.

I have been using Opera off and on. Not bad at all.
Even has a free VPN built in if you want to use it. It can be turned on or off.

I stopped using Opera after they sold it to a Chinese company :/ Not to be paranoid but I wonder if the VPN is routed through China too.

Oh man forgot about Opera.. I did use it for a while too, I also seem to remember having it on my Nokia N9 Smartphone back in like 2011. If anyone knows what a N9 is, you're cool :-)

Thanks! I will stay far away from Opera. I have a policy of trying to avoid everything Chinese.
