Flow Control Software Issue

I have recently installed the 120 CLC and Flow Control software.  I set the RGB settings to blue but after a few minutes of gaming it turns to static red.  It will change back after sometime not gaming.  Please advise.  
It is not a temperature issue.

    Make sure you use the latest version of the software (2.0.5)  I had same issue with first versions.
