Full screen, unless a game is having issues running in full-screen... Which there have been games that have had issues running in full-screen. 


+2..... I think I ran Borderlands in windowed mode though...for some reason, but im not sure anymore.

Full screen 1920*1200px. Have a second screen with TS, or whatever I would need to keep at eyesight during play.

Borderless. I only have one monitor, so tabbing in and out to look at or check other things is important to me. Especially quickly.

Just curious why you want to know? I think the question your asking is for a reason and I don't want you to inadvertently think 2+2=5 just because people answer the question in a particular way. What is your true question in relation to this? Are you wanting to know why someone might want to use one method over another? The advantages/disadvantages? Just because a lot of people might do something a certain way does not mean it might be the right way for your needs.

Full screen. Alt-tab still works fine for most games

Fullscreen unless the game isn't resource intensive(maxing out my pc). In borderless its acts a window and sets its priority the same as everything else open unless you manually edit them. In fullscreen it dedicates more resources to the game. Ive seen 10s of frames performance differences depending on the game.

Border-less Full screen for the majority of games as I tend to do stuff on my other monitors unless I want maximum performance.

Usually FS so I can take advantage of GSYNC

I prefer fullscreen, as well ... now more so since I'm gettin' older and my eyes ain't so good ... it's tough being an old/aging gamer 8)
