980 ti RMA delay?

Recently my 980 ti failed and i submitted my RMA request, the day after (that is the 8th of february) i received confirmation that first step of the process was underway and that it would take them 1-2 business days to decide whether my case was appropiate for the warranty. So far i have not received another Email regarding the situation and my account shows no open RMA´s, so i would like to ask the EVGA moderators to help me know whether my case is indeed being reviewed.

    Today is Saturday, so there may be a response Monday or Tuesday
