On EVGA Precision XOC, if I turn on LED SYNC with my 1080 FTW2, Corsair Link no longer detects my H115i, but as soon as I disable LED SYNC on Precision XOC, my H115i appears on Corsair Link. Turn LED SYNC back on and my H115i once again disappears in Corsair Link.  What is causing this conflict, and will EVGA fix this?

I believe you can save a pump profile on the H115i. That allows you to disconnect the mini-usb cable and uninstall the software. My H100i V2, i have never installed Corsair link software or the mini-usb cable to it. My system has been running fine for a year now.

Thank you for the suggestion and friendly response.  I have thought about doing that, but I prefer to leave everything on as I am a tinkerer and I love to change things all the time, and I just wish that Precision XOC and Corsair Link didn't interfere.  It seems that the LED controls on both softwares conflict with eachother, and if you turn one or the other off they both work seamlessly together.  Would EVGA be able to team up with Corsair to combine their LED software into Corsair Link to control the lighting on your graphics card through Corsair Link and when you do so have it disabled through Precision XOC as an option, or the other way around, and still have the option to independently run the LED SYNC through Precision XOC as well?  That would get rid of lots of headaches and issues.

I've noticed a conflict between my pump software and Precision  X too - perhaps it's something easily fixable but I've heard that multiple monitoring software often just hate each other so perhaps consider getting rid of one or just using one at a time or using Rainmeter to monitor individual settings.

The problem is that EVGA's LED sync attempts to take control of the Corsair device. Corsair Link does not try to do anything with the EVGA devices or LEDs. The problem is squarely on EVGA's shoulders for trying to control devices made by another vendor. They shouldn't be doing this.

From what I understand, disabled LED Sync resolves the issue and both can run side-by-side.

IS there an external program to change the LED’s of the RGB lighting on the card? Or is XOC required for that

Yeah, rgb card is gonna have to go then. The boot up color is too ugly and I wanna use msi afterburner.

    Try just disabling LED.exe first

I am planning to run a GTX 1070Ti SC Hybrid and the new Corsair H115i Pro. The question is can I use Afterburner for the Hybrid card since it does not have LED lighting and I will be running aML120 Pro for the radiator that will be motherboard controlled?

The reason I do not want to run OCX is the reports of it conflicting with Corsair link and as long as I have control over the internal fan, I am not concerned about seeing the various sensor temperatures. I like the EVGA CLC280 but they are still using the Asetek Gen 5 pump where the Corsair is using the newer more robust Gen 6 pump so I would prefer to that route.

    Thanks

Yes, you can use afterburner with that card since it doesn't use any icx tech.

@EVGA, this is annoying as hell and completely unacceptable. Either you get this fixed before it's time for me to get another graphics card or I won't be buying one of yours! It's been nearly a year of this problem and still the same issue.

Last time Corsair found the issue in their software and correct it and the did work together for awhile.
