On the EVGA Z370 FTW 134-KS-E377-KR Motherboard OS Windows 10 Fall Creator Edition.
CPU: Intel BX80684I78700K 8th Gen Core i7-8700K Processor
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 Desktop Memory
Primary OS Install Drive (C:): Samsung 960 EVO Series - 250GB PCIe NVMe - M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-V6E250BW)

My First thought was to install the OS with Only the Integrated Graphics Using the DP.
Then installing the EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 HYBRID GAMING, 11G-P4-6698-KR Graphics Card once the OS is Completed.
What are your Thought about this?

What Issues did you need to overcome when you installed your OS on Your EVGA Z370 FTW 134-KS-E377-KR Motherboard OS Windows 10 Fall Creator Edition?

Did you use the DVD that came with your EVGA Z370 FTW 134-KS-E377-KR Motherboard?
If used did you allow it to automatically install all the needed drivers?

Other Devices that will be installed after the Base OS is Installed and Updated with all current Windows Patches and Drivers.
Samsung Electronics Samsung 840 Series Solid State Drive (SSD) 500 sata_6_0_gb 2.5-Inch MZ-7TD500BW
Intel Optane Memory Module 32 GB PCIe M.2 80mm MEMPEK1W032GAXT (Will be installed on the MB but Disabled)
Toshiba X300 5TB Performance Desktop and Gaming Hard Drive 7200 RPM 128MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5 Inch Internal Hard Drive (HDWE150XZSTA)
LG Electronics 14x SATA Blu-ray Internal Rewriter without Software, Black (WH14NS40)

Thank you for any Tips or Tricks that came about during your Installation and OS Install on your EVGA Z370 FTW 134-KS-E377-KR Motherboard.

One thing I did different than my Z270 classified K build is during the chip set first part of the EVGA included  CD install -- I NEVER did all the suggested reboots until the end of that section

Then for the next parts( Intel ME and beyond)  I did a re-boot after each section.
I installed every thing on the CD including Killer ,Audio and Intel graphics
Internet was off for all installing.

Note: the drivers Versions on the EVGA pages were  the same as on the CD for my build
of Z370 classified K in Jan 10 2018 and other than BIOS seem to be the same now.

BIOS was the first thing I updated.
I started with 1.05 board came with 1.01

    Second:
I downloaded the latest FLASH drive version of windows 10 pro  then got the OEM version disk the next week.
(again NO internet connection) and no install problems

2 sticks of memory (slot 2 and 4) and one M.2 SSD

Limped along for 3 weeks before the EVGA GTX 1080 Ti arrived.
    ----------------
    1. OK, killer Ethernet is OK - not as bad as people lead me think :-)
    2. Everquest actually works with internal graphics

    Thanks Cordorb,
I just booted up for the first time, no issue updating the Bios now to 1.05 the 1.06 file is missing ATM.
Thanks for your Tips, I think for now I will leave out the PCIe GPU and see how it goes.
This way I also do not have to mess with the Crappy Driver that Windows 10 installs.
So I guess I lucked out as I was able to Activate Windows with one of my old Windows 8 Enterprise Keys.

There's no reason to do it in separate steps.  Win10 will recognize everything you have.  Just create a media creator from another machine (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10) and boot with it using USB.  Very easy to do.

Yes, I understand this and thank you.
I have been installing Microsoft Windows OS for over 30 years now.

By the way with the Monitor and DP cables I have I never would have even gotten into the Bios.
So the step using Only the Integrated Graphics Using and a DP was the best way for my setup.

Simple and Easy OS Install  (Not Using the Intel Optane Memory Module 32 GB PCIe M.2)
Install the OS with only Your M.2 Drive Installed as your OS Boot drive and used the Graphics Port on the Motherboard.
After the OS was Installed and Updated with all the Patches then run the DVD and let it auto install all the drivers and Reboot when asked.
It will start backup after the Reboot so allow it to pop up after the Desktop shows up.
Run Windows Update One more time
Install Your PCIe Graphics Card and Return to the Bios and Disable the Motherboard Graphics.
After installing the NVIDIA Graphics and PhysX Drivers I then installed the rest of my SSD Drives and Hard Drives.
    Done
