Delete isn't working. It previously was while getting everything setup. Any ideas?

**Windows has a delay while restarting from the login screen.  An issue that wasn't present on my previous rig.

What about the F2 Function Key is it Working to get into the Bios?
Press and Hold the Small Red Button on your MB as you Power On your Computer and hold for a 5 Count, this will force you to use F12 to Enter the Bios Setup.
What Vide Cable and Video Card are you using?
Make sure your Bios Switch is Set Full Left or Full Right and not in the Middle.
What is the Error LCD Showing you?
What is the Make and Model of the KB you are using and what Port do you have it plugged into?
If used are your Batteries New or Old in your KB?
Do you have a Standard USB 2.0 KB to test with?
Is this a Fresh Install of the OS or and Old OS that was installed on an old drive that you put in this new computer?

I was able to get into the bios by turning off the PC completely.  When I started it up I was able to enter the BIOS. From there I updated the BIOS again just in case something happened.  I am now able to enter the BIOS in between every restart by using DELETE.  **Two of my fan headers were not working so I think something happened when I previously  updated the BIOS.  I double clicked the batch file instead of copying the .bin to a USB drive when I first updated.

However the windows issue is still present when restarting from the login screen(there is a delay, before restarting it gives you the option to type your password in again before it restarts) and upon booting up my PC there is delay for 10-15 seconds when I type in my web browser.  I'm assuming these are windows issues and I am going to look into further before reinstalling windows in case something happened during the install.

I just remembered I had this same issue a couple years ago.  It was Precision....it was again this time as well.  Back to using MSI afterburner.

Also it is a good practice to Set the Bios to the Default or Optimized Settings before you up update to a New Bios.
It is also nice we can now update our Bios on the EVGA Motherboards within the Bios, no Batch file to run or exe to run under Windows.
Yes you do have re-set up your Bios but this is the best way and keeps you from Bricking your MB.
Also if you have Fast Boot Enabled in the Bios you well never get into the Bios on a soft boot, this is why I turn it off..

Not sure what changed from last night but I am unable to enter the BIOS again. I'll try another keyboard shortly. This is a very annoying issue that needs to be fixed ASAP....I can't enter the BIOS by pressing/holding delete or any other key so far.

My Corsair K70 keyboard was able to get me into the BIOS a couple times last night but so far it's not working today. I just plugged in my Logitech G105 and it works but only %90 of the time.  The motherboard will beep 5 times when I plug in the Logitech keyboard which tells me I can enter the BIOS(%90 of the time so far).  Most of the time it only beeps 4 times and boots to windows.

So if I press delete on the 4th beep I get the 5th beep and then I am able to enter BIOS.  It's a mini game :D

Also every time I enter the BIOS after exiting the PC reboots and I get 5 beeps again.  Maybe that info will help somehow  /shrug

With The Corsair K70 KB set the BIOS Switch to Bios Mode to Enter into the Bios.

Never had that problem with my G-19 that has it own power supply
some people report using the USB-2 ports boot better but try both ie USB-3 and USB-2 ports

I have had NON-EVGA MB complain about over current on booting on larger keyboards

My mistake earlier, it was only 4 beeps. Everything seems fine now.  I just have to press delete on the 3rd beep and the BIOS pops up every time.  I did move the switch to BIOS2 so that may have fixed the issue.  All is well. :)
