Just to follow up on this thread, BIG thanks to Adam B he was able to work with me and help me out. Sent my dead GTX 970 in, and they shipped out the replacement GTX 970 same day they received mine. Got the replacement card last night installed it back in my computer and everything seems to be working perfectly again. While its a bummer that my card died, the service experiences I've had with EVGA will definitely make put them at or near the top of my list of manufacturers to buy from when I eventually get to start upgrading/rebuilding my system later this year/early next year.
