Is this normal? gpu clock,temp,voltage showing is NA

Hi guys
The temp is 30-50 not playing anything only browsing and fan making some noise.And my concern is gpu clock,temp,voltage always showing NA. Is this normal in SC17 laptop? How to identify any performance issues in laptop.I am very new to these settings...pls chk image below.

    No, not normal, considering this laptop only has the dGPU, no integrated graphics.  Check the device manager, display drivers, and post a screenshot.

    I see...you have the the 980M model.....I didn't know it had optimus, since you have the intel graphics in the device manager as well.  In that case open a game and the 980M will activate and the data should show on precision x. I think.

    After installing nfs game and made some changes in nvidia control panel to use my 980m graphics card. I can some changes ...below posted screenshots.But the worst graphics I can see while playing.How to improve this?Thanks for your help.
