EVGA support e-mail slow to respond now????

well i sent an e-mail to EVGA yesterdaymorning with some questions ( note im in oklahoma evga in cali so they are 1 or 2 hours behind me).  anyway in the past i would get a response within 24 hours but this time no dice, and i am reading other complaints in regards to response times.  has evga dropped the ball with CS?  just wondering because i have some questions i really need answered in regards to an rma i need done and what options i may have at this point.

i am offended by your sig so you need to remove it.
