So I noticed that the part number being sent to me from the EVGA RMA department is 08G-P4-6183-KR, does that mean it's a brand new retail version coming to me, because I also notice that sometimes they will have an RX instead of a KR at the end? If it is brand new then even better but I'm still happy for you guys helping me out with the RMA process, thank you!

All products returned from EVGA's RMA department are thoroughly tested recertified products. If an RMA is necessary within 30 days of the original purchase date, a new in box OEM replacement will be sent in return if the product was purchased new-in-box, subject to availability.

-KR is the suffix for a 3 year warranty period.
