I think you have a 10 core CoffeeLake X series? Should make difference if that is the CPU
 
I'm going to try for 3200, it is rated for 3000, 200 is not that much more.
 
 
On another note, I was able to unlock win10pro from one MB and validate the key on my new MB combo.
It was a win 7pro OEM key to begin with. I was happy about that. Although I am going back to 7pro or Mint Linux
on most everything. Coffeelake CPUs I guess are made with w10 in mind and work best with it.
I did have another upgrade/reboot during the PG challenge and I did not catch it.
Lost over 3 days production, just a 4 core i5-3570k at stock, but still. 100 watts a hour doing nothing. grrrrrrr

To Late! Could not change my current form MT so I have to complete the few tasks I have on hand and then run one Task Per Core.
My memory is 3200MHz running with and with out HT on the CPU.

I am still wondering why I set my CPU to 44 yet ADA64 shows 41 and sometime 44.
This may have something to do with the new Bios but I am not sure.
On my X99 I disable EIST and it does not change the Turbo Mode but on my X299 it also Disables my Turbo Mode.

I might, their are 2 new settings and they are set to 3 I never did find what they are for.
I will change them to 1 and see what happens

Yes, so to set them to 12 from 16 I put the config file back in.
Now I am change the AVX settings.

Dang. I do not have AVX 3 on this coffeelake CPU.

I pushed it so far my UPS Overloaded (1050 was hitting 1120), running 2 CPU (10 Threads) and 2 GFN 20 so I had to set to run only One GPU Task.
Maybe my 1200 Watt PSU is also not enough Power.
 

Bill, you are right about the dell monitors, I picked up a Dell S2417DG they are very sweet.


It is really nice, 24in, 2k resolution, 165mhz, G-Sync, the clearest screen I have ever used.
24 is the right size for my desk, all the room I have, it's enough.
I got a good price on a used one, much cheaper than new one goes for and it is in new condition with warranty left on it.
Can't find a thing to pick on it, well, I learned to turn off energy saver in the monitors menu, it can be a PITA, I found out.
But heck yeah, I would never hesitate again to buy a Dell monitor

I need the Wattage to run the GPUs at Full Power and the 28 Threads.
Running a Single 16 Thread MT Task and Two GEN 20 Tasks it pushes the limits of my UPS 1080 Watts 102% but also my 1200 Watt PSU.
If I run 2 8 Thread MT Tasks and Two GEN 20 Tasks it pushes the limits of my UPS 1160 Watts 120% an the Alarm goes off.
