Thought I'd just inform, and ask if this is also happening for others, that all of the steps in the EVGA Guest RMA process works fine up until I need to submit my actual issue ticket. "The request from --.--.---.--- at 2018-01-20 15:13:11 GMT for the URL /support/guestregister.asp cannot be served due to error 154 on the host "

Yes, Chrome and Edge both give the same error at the same stage.

Hello, Please try submitting your request again, there are occasional updates to the website which affect certain pages while they are being worked on.

Thanks for the update, I will contact you via email. bcavnaugh Some users are also having Invoice Upload Issues.
I believe that issue is already being worked on, invoices can always be sent via email to the appropriate support region.

I was contacted two days ago and basically told that, since my item is secondhand, to fill out the Guest RMA form... which is still broken. Is there any other way to submit a Guest RMA? Some kind of physical form I can fax? I also had a friend of mine from out of state try to submit one as well and it's broken there too, so it's definitely not just on my end. I would really like to try and get my card replaced.
