Can LED Sync be run from a standard account at startup?

So currently both PXOC and LED Sync require administrative privilege to run. Is there any way to have them run at start up from a standard user account account rather than having to start them up manually with administrator privileges?

    The best info I have seen on this is contained in in an Asus forum. If you are patient enough to wade through all the posts you'll get some insight into how the problem originated, how you can wait (ha!) for the software provider to fix the problem, and how to get one or two nice work-arounds
