Any updates on compatibility issues with Precision X Mobile?

Still doesnt work. Using BIOS 1.07, tried uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling.
 
EDIT: Found fix. The previous BSOD due to BIOS 1.07 apparently kills (sometimes) winring0.dll. Downloading and running "Open Hardware Monitor" (http://openhardwaremonitor.org/downloads/) fixes the .dll and now Precision Mobile works.

disgruntled SC-17 g-sync user here, on newest bios, newest win10 update. precision x mobile has been broken since the bios update, and the newest version 1.0.11 still doesn't work for me. it's at least not freezing up my laptop anymore but it simply won't launch. i see it trying in task manager but after it tries with a not responding message next to the process it just disappears. seriously disappointing, i can't even use this laptop for its intended purpose (gaming) for the last month because the damn thing runs hotter than the sun.
 
~edited to add that every time i try to launch pxm i get 4 entries in event viewer: service control manager event ID 7000 - The WinRing0_1_2_0 service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the path specified.

Running 1.07 on an SC17 1070 G-Sync model causes major FPS drops. In Assassin's Creed Origins, after about 2 minutes of play, my FPS will drop from 60 to 5. It will run 5fps or less for about 10 seconds, then jump back up. This repeats every minute or two. I don't have this problem with 1.06. I've tested both versions with Fan Boost on and off and both behave the same. It seems that 1.07 causes some kind of thermal or power limit to essentially make the machine behave like it's not even plugged in for a few seconds every few minutes. 
 
Tested on perfectly clean (fresh) installs of Windows 10 1803

Flashed my SC17 768-41-2633. The download link for the updated PrecisionX Mobile 1.0.11 is not working (404 error). Definitely need it as I've lost a lot of overclocking adjustment and bios presets.

Only the 1.08 link is working, the 1.0.11 and 1.09 are broken.
