I wish there was a better place to post this but here is good due to it being the warranty area.
 
Big thanks to EVGA for quickly replacing a defective GPU as a month old GTX 1060 FTW+ 6Gb basically was a lemon. Issues with the original card aside  EVGA promptly issued an RMA and once they had the bad card....you folks had a new one lined up for shipping the same day, I'm impressed. Thank you a ton for the quick service and showing your customers you do care.
 
That all said I'm fairly certain not all cases go as smoothly as this one did but seriously you folks surprised me with how quick and painless things went. Keep up the good work and I know I'll be spending my computer dollar with EVGA where and when I can.

Sorry to hear that the one you got originally was a lemon but glad to hear the RMA was painless and that you are happy now.

You re welcome, just nice to have such a speedy turn around and honestly, I was without the card for 8 days from the day I sent it til the replacement arrived. Not too shabby! And I've left feedback on the rate my service page. All I can say is keep up what your doing though, really no complaints.

Well it's March 16 now, the RMA replacement card has been functioning PERFECTLY since it arrived and installed, thanks EVGA for getting it done fast with a nicely working card. Not a bad little GPU if I may so myself.
