Correct, X Ryzen CPUs (lik e my 1600X) report die and sensor temps differently due to a 20C offset AMD decided to put on them for whatever reason. The Flow Software is reading the the sensor temps (temp with offset) instead of the die temps (true temps without the offset).
That, along with the non-modifiable, absurd temp limit of 60C still makes managing fans through the Flow software not viable. The fans ramp up to 100% when the 1600X hits 40C, which may be caused by something as simple as opening your browser or watching a movie. These two things really need to be fixed ASAP. Th way I see it, Ryzen support is still very bad.
