I had a working system, when it suddenly stopped working. I tried booting it up, and got no signal on the monitor. The board read "D6". I called EVGA customer service, and they told me I was doing everything right. I swapped the cpu, the graphics card, the ram, the m.2 drive, the motherboard, basically everything, and it still refuses to work. The specs of my computer are as follows: Intel Core i9 7800XE NVIDIA Quadro GP100/Titan V (Not in at the same time, but I tried them both. Evga 1200 gold psu evga x299 micro atx motherboard Samsung 2tb pro m.2 4 12 tb hdd thermaltake floe ring 240 mm cooler HP omen x case I need help with this issue. It keeps on persisting, and I cannot seem to find the problem. Please help!

When testing the two cards in that system, did you also test with a different monitor/cable? The motherboard will not see a GPU at POST (D6 no console output devices found) unless there is a monitor connected to that card. Please test with different monitors/cables if possible.

Double check PSU VGA connections. Is the fan on the VGA spinning? Also try VGA in another PCIe slots, do they work in other slot? Check if any pins in PCIe slots, CPU socket are dirty or damaged. I'd assume you already tried obvious stuff like clear CMOS, try other CPU, etc?
If you have question, please post in public forum. I do not reply PMs, so all in community can benefit the answer.

do you have both power cords hooked up on the GPU? do you have them plugged in the VGA ports on the PSU? clear cmos and try again. when I tried to overclock that is the error I got, I reset the cmos and set it to best default settings and it booted just fine

Should the BIOS chip not work it could be an issue with the CPU or the socket (check for bent pins).

Yeah... same problem here. My first X299FTW I trashed (bent the pins troubleshooting, my fault). There were 5 beeps on post and d6 error. Now I'm hooking up the new X299 FTW and had the same problem. Found out the back of my monitor, I hadn't plugged in the HDMI cable fully. Maybe you have the same problem?

I tried different monitor cables, checked for bent pins, and yes I do have all my connectors in properly. I tested the graphics cards on other systems, and they were working fine. This leads me to believe it is mobo or cpu, but I replaced those too. The psu fan is spinning so its not power. I also tried different outlets. I believe I have replaced every part excepting the storage (which I need for an upcoming youtube video). This is starting to concern me greatly, as I have a deadline for that video. I appreciate the help, but at this point it seems as though everything I try fails. I practically replaced the whole system and it still doesn't work. Hopefully the bios chip works, or I will have nothing. Would love all help anyone can give me, Daniel

Quick update: I called EVGA again, and they told me to upload a video to youtube of the error message which is here:
They said their team would be able to fix the computer with that video to find the error. If anyone knows what any of this means, please respond to this forum. Once again, I have replaced the cup, mobo, ram, psu, monitor, cables, gpu, nvme, and basically anything except for the hard drives I use for video production. Are you sure your PSU is EVGA or a 1200W Gold? We've never sold a 1200W PSU with 80+ Gold efficiency. 1200W Platinum, but not 1200W Gold. 1300W/1050W Gold, but not 1200W Gold. Also, did you ever test the motherboard outside of the case? Just CPU, memory, cooler, and GPU?
