Nope , the 3 way wouldn't work . I'm using one of the flex bridges that I robbed of my 980tis' (still has one ) and an old MSI 2 slot rigid bridge I had . I'm going to rob the other flex bridge off the 960s' and put the rigid one there (if it fits) since it's newer .

WHAT THE WIFE DON'T KNOW WON'T HURT YOU!
Main rig - i7 7820X  , Corsair H110 cpu cooler , 32 gb Team G memory , Evga X299 Micro ATX 2  mobo , Corsair 850 psu , 2 evga 1080ti in SLI , Win 10 Pro 64 bit ,  43" TCL HDR 4K TV as monitor, Coolermaster HAF 32 case.

Yep, that is what I thought.
Yea my MSI 2 Way Bridge only has One Fork to connect to each Card but my EVGA 2-Way Bridge had all 4 Fork Connectors so it did work.
All Four Forks must be connected unlike the Older Non-HB SLI Process.

I read an article online the other day on this . They compared just one single connector , 2 ribbon connectors and the HB connector . The 2 ribbon connectors were right with the HB in most games , however , the ones that took advantage of the higher bandwidth benefited from the HB bridge . To me , the HB bridges look like cut-down 4 way bridges with RGB lights added on . I wonder if that was why the 3 & 4 way SLI bridges all had dual-slot connectors on them ? Guess I'll have to order one from NVidia since evga doesn't seem to care . Buy 2 1080tis' , oh wait , you want full bandwidth ?  For another $39.95 we can set you up ! Sounds like DLC for graphics cards !!

When I called NVidia's customer support , I got a rep named "Emily" . The poor girl's English was so broken I knew it was an overseas call area (most likely India) . When I questioned her about why I was charged sales tax , since Texas doesn't have the online sales tax (yet) , she couldn't answer me . When I asked about where it was shipping from , she said "the U.S." . I had to bust out laughing at that point ! I apologized to her about laughing at that is wasn't directed at her (hmm) . Still don't know where or when or how I'm getting it .

I found this post while searching for the elusive 100-2W-0026-LR. I accidentally purchased a 2-slot spacing bridge and when I went to return it discovered, as you all have, they are no longer available. Unless I am mistaken, I'm new to SLI gaming, 60mm spacing is still very common across motherboard manufacturers and can be found on many of EVGA's own boards. I emailed EVGA sales, I don't expect to hear much if anything, but I'll reply if I do.
