Was gunna say, they were going the EXTRA extra mile if they were gunna give you 2 new cards AND you got to keep the other 980 as well.

So tonight I was playing some games and I noticed that gaming wasn't as smooth as it usually is; I was experiencing random drops of fps that lasted for minutes at a time and came back to normal randomly in several game. I think this card is fast approaching the end of its life :/

I feel they should send 2 cards if you send  2 cards  in as a sli package   ''OR''   one powerful card equial to what you got in sli now     . so if a 1080 ti is as equial to 2 980's in sli   you turn in the 2 980's for one 1080ti [????? ]
 
seems tricky on what fair on that single card deal on sending in 2 cards  ,  seems to me 2 1070's  gaming or gaming sc cards  would be more plausible ???   then I would expect they want the one bad card first   that sounds normal  then decide on the rest of the sli deal
