I recently had to RMA my 1080Ti SC2 ICX (~2 months old) because of bad/grinding fans. Id like to thank EVGA on how they handled the issue(s) I had with the replacement card they sent me. Your RMA tech I spoke to after uploading oictures of the replacement card was very apologetic and ended up pushing my standard RMA to an EAR. I have received the EAR card, and it looks just as good as the 1080Ti I sent into them. Thank you for working with me on this and going the extra mile, the card even clocks higher at stock (~2 ghz) then my new 1080Ti did.

They upgraded me to ear as well with my older 1080ftw2 having the black screen and fan ramp to 100% issue a while back. Quick no hassle turn around. EVGA is the best!

We appreciate the positive feedback for both Customer Service and the RMA department
