The Titan V can mine at a rate of more than twice a Vega 64.

And at $3000, it COSTS more like 3-4 times the cost of a Vega even at current GOUGE pricing for the Vega when you can find them at all.
Also, even at MSRP the Vega is NOT a good choice for ETH mining - $450 for under 45 Mhash/sec even tweeked is a waste of money.
Try a RX 470/570/480/580 series card that is back to under $250 the past month and hashes 27-30 Mhash/sec with BIOS mods (or 22-25 without) for a GOOD ETH mining card.

If you are going to do cryptocoin mining on a Vega, Monero is what to mine with one.

It WOULD be interesting to see what the Titan V can do on FAH or MilkeyWay (BOINC) work - though even there it's going to be insanely overpriced.

Now that vorsholk has stopped his abuse, I'm returning to folding.
I no longer MOO due to abuses by certain "whales" in the Gridcoin community - so I now work the Distributed.net project directly again.

I will start mining eth to get money to help with a geforce titan release, i was thinking i could get $700-$1000 or so then turn around and sell this card for 2-2.3k then get a geforce titan if one comes out around august hehe. My titan xp gets only 32 mh/s on stock atm.
Titan V gets about 69 on stock and abit less fan noise than titan pascal.
