Velley issue on a 1080ti ftw3

hello, so i been using valley benchmark to test my 1080ti FTW3 gpu and here is what i don't get, valley stats show my card at clock 2062mhz while precision shows 2025mhz why?

    Valley doesn't report the clocks correctly and never has.  You might get more help if your title was more...helpful.

    i have also notice the first 1080ti ftw3 the ones with the BIOS switch that say Master/Slave are hitting 2050mhz on the clock while the new ones with the BIOS switch Normal/OC are only hitting 2025mhz, has something change?

    O.o the difference from 2050 oc to 2025mhz is pretty much up to silicon lottery
