RMA Delay (over a week)

Not a happy customer- my 1080ti arrived yesterday in Germany for RMA.
Apparently you have "closed the warehouse" for stock check so it wont even be sent back to me until next Monday. Add 4 days shipping....
 
What happened to your own RMA policy??
Not the servcie we pay extra for with a premium product 
 
Standard RMA
  • EVGA account membership and registration is required to contact customer service for troubleshooting and receive a support ticket for an RMA request.
  • After approval, you will be responsible for shipping the product to EVGA, following our .
  • Upon receipt of your product, without damage, EVGA will ship via ground shipping to you within 1-3 business days. You may pay for expedited shipping at the time of the RMA request, but the 1-3 business day processing time is in addition to shipping.

    Wow that really sucks man. I wonder if this is a scheduled inventory count, or if they had some sort of incident that triggered it.

    The issue had been addresses after I emailed the contacts from the website. Although the runaround required was not good, the issue had been fixed and my rma is being express shipped back to me for free to avoid any delay.thank you
