Ask NVIDIA.  They are NVIDIA's cards after all.  EVGA, ASUS, Gigabyte, etcetera branding on a Founders Edition card is nothing more than just some print.  They are all the same and are all made by NVIDIA.  I suppose there is still the branding company's support reputation behind that print; so it can make a difference.

You can still find them for sale at some online retailers.  While supplies last.™  Will they come back into stock?  Ask NVIDIA.

Personally I don't see why anyone would purchase them. They run so much hotter and louder than the EVGA custom cards.

They do tend to have higher quality components, so I guess there is the chance that you may choose to purchase a Founders Edition card and then attach a better after-market cooler onto it.

I'm curious about this. Would this void the warranty?
I figure if you get an FE card for the better components, but then void the warranty by replacing the stock cooler its pretty counter productive.

I still have my original FE Titan X and it is running like a champ :)
Never considered getting an after market cooler for it.

If it is branded as an EVGA Founders Edition card, replacing the cooler would not void the warranty; as long as you didn't damage the card while replacing the cooler and as long as you save the original cooler and reinstall the original cooler when it comes time to claim a warranty replacement of the defective card.  Even though it is made by NVIDIA, the warranty terms and product support is dependent on the brand name it is sold under.

Wow that's super interesting. So the brand on the FE card actually matters a bunch more than I thought.

    Thanks for sharing man :)

I'll have to beg the difference, I actually prefer blower style cards and as long as EVGA offers one that'll probably stay my preference. My EVGA 1080ti FE with an aggressive fan profile runs high 60's with only boost clocks and low 70's with power slider to 120%(boosts 100-125mhz higher). As far as loudness that I can compare to 10 series with acx coolers and earlier, the acx fans at 80% are louder than blower at 100%. I can say that once you start overclocking the cards the custom coolers are a better option.

54c max on air 100% fans on my 1080ti ftw3 elite. 100% fans didnt bother me. 1080 classified eith dual fans ran fine wigh judt a single card 100% fans.

I've had a few blower (FE) 1080 models and no.. you dont want to deal with that at 100%.

Great if you want slap a block on them.

Good for all as blower would be key over custom coolers dumping the heat in the case and making the top card cook.
