    Hmm. Well that's a mini-ITX board (6.7" x 6.7"), so you can't go mini-ATX as that's a tad smaller at 5.9" x 5.9", but micro-ATX cases would be fine (9.6" x 9.6").

Not a whole lot around that is purple and not full tower, unless you want to buy a good case and then paint it purple.

What about this - Black/Purple SPCC MicroATX Mini Tower? ..if you drop some purple LED fans in there as well maybe...

I built my Mrs a mini-ITX rig in a Corsair 250D case - great case for that form factor, but not available in purple.

I looked and wasn't able to find anything done in purple. Looks like you might have to paint if you needed purple.

Otherwise you'll need to buy your case of choice and have it disassembled and painted.

Yeah that's a tuff find.. is say get s white case maybe and add in rgb lighting and set it to purple!

That Asus mb may have a rgb header.. if it does buy rgb lighting that you just plug into it and control it with the Asus built in software. Or they have sets you control without the motherboard header.

It's not strictly purple, but there is this NZXT S340 that's white and purple: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146253. That's a very popular case as well.

Yeah Plasti-Dip works AMAZINGLY well. People use it on cars a lot too, it holds up well to that abuse, a computer case or just a few panels for accent color would look awesome!

I have never used plastic-dip, wouldn't it be a pain for keep air vent holes at the top/back of a case?

Not at all, just cover them up before you apply the plasti. You can either tape them off, or cover them with something heavy as you apply it. This way they are not touched.

If the holes are large enough you can dip them over and then just cut through the excess to open them up again.

I linked to a spray can, just like spray paint.
You could take a drillbit or a pointy knife and twist it in a circle to cut the material out of the hole.

I have been wondering any inspiration for the purple? I can understand the wife liking purple but any color combos that might work based on things in the house she also likes? White with purple lighting would be very easy to do or black and purple lighting. Both would look every cool I feel and depending on how geeky she is would probably make her feel very special to have even a white case with purple case fans.
