Helpful ReplyPrecisionX won't launch

Hi,
I just bought a EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC Gaming ACX 3.0. I installed Precision XOC (6.2.3) on my computer but it won't launch. I get the message in the attachment.
 
The translation would be "the ordinal 7503 can't be found in the dynamic links library" followed by the file location.
I tried reinstalling Precision, I tried installing a previous version (6.2.2), I tried installing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio (2017, 2013, 2012 versions), I tried rebooting, I tried reinstalling nvidia drivers, I tried updating windows, nothing works so far.
If anyone has an idea, I will take it :)

    Your .dll's have a problem.
     
    #1 Replace all your .dll's with the .dll's listed in this thread.
    #2 Try running precision again.
     
    See if that fixes the problem or not.
     
    If no success try running sfc /scannow.

    No problem. What exactly did you have to do to get it to work? Just replace the .dll's, or did you have to run sfc /scannow too?
