Answer: yes. The code comes from B&H not from EVGA. Check your emails, check your receipt, and then contact B&H to see if they will help you redeem your code.

Im sorry for any confusion with the Nvidia Destiny 2 promotion.
 
The promotion is provided from Nvidia and is redeemed directly through Geforce Experience. Promotion codes are provided by the retailer while supplies last.

If you purchase your qualifying product from EVGA.com then we would provide the promotion. If you made your purchase at another participating retailer, that retailer would be responsible for providing the promotion code.

Call and ask to which email you should send a copy of your invoice. The store where you bought is the one to give you the code. You redeem through Geforce Experience after you have the video card installed (GE will recognize if you have the right card or not installed in your system).
