A 90* barb failed and started to rust ( the coating or plating must have worn out). to be fair it was almost 10 years old.... I think I may need to update my fittings/barbs.
So check out the images below, I am currently in the pre treatment fluid. Primochill said to let it run for 12 hours, drain, flush, and refill.
I also re-arranged the tubes a bit.
enjoy the pictures

    Great computer.
ASUS GTX1080Ti Poseidon is very cool.
I would only change ring on D5 pump later.
    From XSPC example...

This ring doesn't come in contact with fluid, does it?

The Poseidon is crazy. out of the box it OC to 2.1ghz and without the water it wont break room temps.
I completed my 12 hour pre-treatment cycle this morning at 6:30am and the card was at 21*C. Gaming last night with this nasty treatment fluid in my loop I only hit 33*-38*C.

Problem is because I have money only for Poseidon, not for custom loop and NVIDIA talk about Volta.
When you bought Poseidon. I didn't had all money when he show up, I would bought him immediately now I don't know what to do.
But when Volta show up I will have money for bought things and for Caselabs BH8.
I don't want to build some custom loop from kits where price is almost same as separated parts.
I know exactly what I need

    Coolstream PE 280
Supremacy EVO Acetal - Nickel or Monoblock for RVE from Ebay
    X-Res Revo D5 100 Glass PWM
    6 compression fittings 10/13mm Nickel
2 45 AF angled  adapters Nickel

That's it, if I go with EKWB.

I would connect everything on 280mm radiator, CPU-GPU, maybe even VRM from motherboard if we talk about Monoblock.
Good thing is because Caselabs BH8 have one 120mm radiator place on opposite direction If temps are not good enough.
But I don't need temp competition, only silence and space to OC i7-5820K to 4.5GHz or better cooling if I upgrade CPU later.

    Bummer on the barb

Your getting some cool GPU temps

What is your room temp ?

Keep use updated on your "cleaning"

Do you use the Primochill Liquid Utopia ? (protectant)

How often where you changing your coolant, previously ?

This loop is brand new, I made this system when Ryzen came out.
Before that I would only flush my systems maybe every 2 years if at all, never had this problem before.
For protection I use regular blockers.
Im going to use the Utopia stuff again.

I have no idea what’s going on with my loop.
I put pre treatment in there and it’s just terrible.
I took the entire system apart for cleaning, I’m going to need to order some type of corrosion and rust stripper and clean my hardware that way. Monoblock needs to be taken apart too and cleaned by hand.

So in other words I’m having some real first world problems over here...

Well in other news I’m looking for a test bench, any recommendations?
I like the Primochill Praxis but can’t locate any.

For a test bench I just cannibalized an "old server" (large tower) PC Case & bolted on some tube & flat stock where needed

Ugly maybe, however its a cheap solution and  Recycling at its best

Wanted to play some games so I tossed a loop together until I get the gear I need.
I also found a bottle neck in my loop. one of my barbs went to deep into the GPU block and was restricting flow.
