Hi all I have a few questions. First one is I just received my case yesterday and registered it but when I click on my products it says its out of it's warranty, anybody got any ideas on that.
Second question is about the motherboard stand offs are they the raised dimples on the try as I never got any normal stand offs in the parts bag, also the one normal looking stand off in the middle of the case is that just a locating mount as you cant screw into it.

Yes, the raised dimples are the stand-off's on the DG-8 series cases.
Warranty... Have you contacted customer service first?
If not, that is the first place to start. If you are having no luck that way(which i would be surprised), come back and post here about it again.
Someone will alert EVGA C/S, and you will have help, and resolution quickly.

cheers mate will give them a bell on Monday. Also should I remove the stand off that's all ready on the try or leave it as its a locating mount

Location mount - I'd keep it  Warranty may be different as this is a Contest Award, not a Retail part The US site mentions this: Transferable Warranty Exceptions Products sent as demo unit or given away as prize do not transfer warranty.

the other parts that I won gave the warranty its just the case that never
