GTX 1070 FTW VRM Capacitor Exploded

Just came home to the smell of burning electronics.  Looking at the board it appears that capacitors feeding one of the VRMs burned.
 
Under the RMA request do I check "Any Damage or Missing Parts?"

    You can check it, just make sure to detail that the damage is at the vrm section.

    Evga will get you taken care of pretty quick

    I called up tech support and explained that the card dramatically failed and they set up a cross-ship rma.
