What exactly is wrong with your card? There really isn't anything to worry about. You'll be getting another 1080 Ti SC2 back from evga unless they don't have any in stock for rma.
Advertised core & memory speeds can vary depending on which model you have. Actual core speeds can vary because of how gpu boost 3.0 works.
The remainder of your warranty will be moved to your new rma'd card. You can rma the replacement card again if you have issues.
Hello Sajin thank you for replying. Here's what's the problem is with my card and some of the things I've done regarding testing it.
I get random crashes back to desktop in all games and graphic intensive programs such as GPU benchmarks at differing lengths of time. I'm not sure if I can see some slight artifacting going on in BF1 very slightly?
One of the main errors that I get say " A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
The other common error is the graphics card has been removed from the system and something about rendering problem???
I have tried multiple ways to remedy this problem such as.
Installing latest drivers and bios updates including GPU drivers.
I used Display Driver Uninstaller and the NVidia clean install in windows safe mode.
I have re-seated the GPU and memory modules.
Uninstall all third party programs like EVGA precision.
Rest bios to optimal default settings.
Turned off admin program controls
In the end I switch the gtx 1080ti to my other PC and it crashed back to desktop in just the same.
I switch out the GPU ( EVGA GTX 670 ) from that machine and it ran fine so Im confident it the EVGA GTX 1080 ti at fault.
I will add that I've been using my old Gtx 670 for a few days and my system has been stable with zero crashes.
