 How long does it normally take to get your collateral payment refunded back? they recevied my card on tuesday around 1pm and as of today 3pm still haven't recevied my refund, have they forgotten or does it take a while?

    Payments are always pulled out quickly as with any business, and just like with all businesses the refund process takes days to wend its way though.
     
    It shouldn't take more than 5 business days. That's been my experience with every online retailer.

    • Upon receipt of your product, without damage, EVGA will refund the collateral paid in full. Your original product MUST be returned to EVGA within your 14 day RMA approval window in order to receive your collateral returned.
    • The complete refund process may take 7-14 business days.

    could depend on your bank also, i had one refund take two weeks because of my bank, and as few as 2 days.

    Thanks, just a bit nervous that there will be some kind of reason why they can't refund, wont be happy till my money is resting back in my account where it belongs lol, although I paid with paypal so wouldn't the refund be instant though paypal?
