Hi, 
Bought a GTX 1060 6GB (06G-P4-6161-KR) last year and it often overheats during gaming session. Went to EVGA EU website and on the guest RMA , it says my product is out of warranty.
 
But last I check, the product with KR suffix carries 3 years limited transferable warranty and the product was released in June 2016... So how is it out of warranty? I have the serial number sticker on the back on my card and the sticker on the box intact.
