Welcome to the forums. :) Here is a troubleshooting thread. https://forums.evga.com/Basic-troubleshooting-steps-Windows-clean-boot-clean-driver-install-debug-mode-etc-m2504606.aspx

It is also helpful to list your hardware, including the OS. I hope you are able to get it figured out. I am wondering if you have removed the old drivers? Also when updating your drivers it's best to unplug the ethernet cable so windows doesn't try to install w/e driver it wants. When finished just plug it back in. Has your GPU been registered for warranty purposes if need be??

EVGA GeForce GTX 670 & Black screen only when Gaming  ---> Run some benchmark software to test your system -- like fire strike

Have you checked to see if other that play World of Warships are also having an issue ?

Unless you list ALL hardware & software, it will be hard to help you

MB - Brand, model, version & BIOS #
    CPU
    PSU
GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 670 ---> which one ?
    RAM

    OS

    Nvidia drivers tested: 387.92, 385.69, 382.33

Is your system running stock or is Anything OC ?

Yep. "Make sure your displayport cable is vesa certified if you're using a displayport cable."  See if that resolves the problem or not.
