EVGA 850 p2 fan Noise is more than EVGA fan noise chart 24 db so much.
This is my entire computer the most noisy parts, even if distance from the computer 4m still hear the Noise!!

    The Noise recording is Switch between ECO mode on or off, Used to simulate the computer at high load the minimum fan speed noise.

    I can't here fan on 1200 P2 at all.
    I need to put finger to check air.

    I exchange to a new PUS the fan noise quiet than the old one, but very unfortunate after I exchange motherboard and PUS get a BSOD need to return whole PC...
