I have 3 rigs, 20 cores locked on sztaki for a couple days now, pretty rare for me to see a run like this.

10 work units per core, 640 tasks maximum regardless if you have more cores than 64.

Thanks for the answer to my question. Much appreciated. So those with lots of cores will do well then... for the bunker...

Is this more important than prime grid? Since I only have 3 computers would it be better for the team if I exit that challenge and move to this sprint? Edit - Or with the lack of wu should i stay with prime grid.

That is up to you, what is important to you is what you should run. While I am running TN-Grid on my AMD Rig which cannot really run PG LLR tasks very well. PG is more is important to me so I will keep my fastest rigs on PG. Also my Ryzen1800x doesn't do good with LLR as well so I have some Sofia Sourcefinder v1.03 (vbox64) So about an hour later I did get In progress (14) tasks on my 4P rig running 40 Cores.

That's a good question Don, this is the first year we put any effort into FB. PG has been the challenges we always put as high priority. For now I am sticking with PG when there are overlaps. Makes it tougher when both are CPU, or both GPU. Hard to choose. If we split half here and half there, it will set both back. Then again it always has been crunch what makes you happy, so....what to do, what to do Guess we have to figure out what we want to do next year as far as priorities.

This is where it is up to you, and what you what to do. Each Challenge or Sprint is your choice. You will not be judged for what you choose. I have been off doing my own thing, which I tend to do with harder projects that need a lot of work to get tasks. Sometimes projects just do not like your equipment, so choose something else you WANT to do rather than have to do.. That being said, I just replied to a PM from yodap, saying my intentions. Welcome to PM me also.. I have 80 Cores on TN-Grid for the Sprint, and some others somewhere else.... We can always use CPU Cores in the Sprints...Welcome to join in..

I decided to move 8 cores to TN, to see if I can get some tasks. I haven't figured out what project(s) I enjoy supporting the most are yet so just moving around the projects testing things out still. WCG - is one I would lean towards though.

Be sure to not upload the tasks until 10/20/2017 05:00 (UTC) otherwise they do not count for the Sprint. This is what we call bunkering.. download as many tasks as possible, not many with this project, turn off the internet connection on that computer. Crunch the tasks, then turn on and release all the tasks completed once the start of the Sprint happens. Bomb Drop is what will happen tomorrow. I have a nice little bunker going. let's hope it is enough to get a nice spot and hold it for the entire Sprint.. Once you have worked on a few projects, you will work out your favorites. Some people chase badges, others points, or a little of both. I have not been Crunching that long, other have a lot more experience than I do.

Yes that's excellent work by our small feisty team. We'll need to hold on to 4th in the sprint to ensure our 4th overall. 3rd in the sprint would be even better.
